1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to:

2. Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include the time it takes for delivery.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
  • High-Volume Periods: During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume sales, processing times may increase. Any delays will be communicated via email or an announcement on the Site.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email, which will include your tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

VLV Trade & Services is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.1

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
