7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: These T&Cs and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being Delhi.
